Returns Policy for Ocean & Pearl
 
Online purchase returns may be accepted if your item is Faulty within 14 days from collected parcel date; only if proof of purchase is provided and if items have not been worn, washed or damaged.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Ocean & Pearl is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection or change your mind. 

PLEASE NOTEGift cards/vouchers are strictly non-refundable for cash and must be used online. Ocean & Pearl take no responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. All returns should be sent via registered post with parcel tracking. Items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Ocean & Pearl.
